Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges
Upon authorization, returns for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) and exchanges are available within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to you. The item must be returned to us in its original condition.

Please call or email us prior to returning an item to obtain authorization and the shipping address.

(Gift cards and opened consumables are non-refundable.)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, we will apply the credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. After we issue the credit it often takes up to a week before it appears on your statement.

Exchanges are worked out on a case-by-case basis.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift coupon will be emailed to you.

Packing and Shipping
Use extreme care in packing your item for return; we are not responsible for items damaged in transit. The merchandise, once packed, should be able to withstand a drop from a height of 4 feet. You should consider purchasing insurance if the value of the merchandise exceeds the automatic insurance provided by the carrier.
